BROCCOLI

Your body is an organism that needs to take nourshment for power to work well. The food you to give energy, you allow grow and to feed oneself.

The food are classify in three (3) groups: carbohidratos, fatty and protein, and incorporate are vitamin and minerales.

Carbohidratos: potato, bread, cereal and rice.
Protein: beef, fish, eggs, milk and cheese.
Minerales: for the calcium and iron, and the vitamin for to feed oneself.

I love eating:
  • I eat a lot of: salads, cereal, beef, rice, cheese, bread and candy.

  • sometimes I eat some: banana, fish and pasta.

  • I usually eat a little of: soup I think it's terrible.
